❓ 1. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal only, which lets you pay with your PayPal balance, linked cards, or bank account. PayPal securely encrypts all payment transactions.


❓ 2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. After shipping, delivery within the contiguous U.S. typically takes 3–5 business days, while Alaska & Hawaii may take 7–10 business days. Tracking information will be provided once shipped.


❓ 3. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes — eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with packaging. Return shipping is free for approved returns. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection.


❓ 4. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us with photos of the item and packaging to  service@golden-standard.cn so we can assist with your return or exchange.


❓ 5. Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently ship only within the United States to eligible addresses. Orders to remote or restricted areas that carriers cannot deliver to cannot be placed or paid for.


6. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. You can also use our tracking page to monitor delivery status anytime.


❓ 7. When will I get a refund?

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after the returned item passes inspection. The exact reflection time depends on your payment provider.


❓ 8. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately at  service@golden-standard.cn. We will try to update it — but we cannot guarantee changes after shipping. Always double-check your address before confirming payment.


❓ 9. Is my personal information safe?

Yes. We comply with applicable U.S. privacy laws (including CCPA where relevant) and do not sell your personal data. PayPal handles all payment details securely, and our site uses encryption to protect your information.
