1. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal, including PayPal balance and linked credit or debit cards.

All payments are processed securely through PayPal’s encrypted system. We do not store your payment details.


2. How long does shipping take?

  • Order Processing: 1–3 business days
  • Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS): 5–10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days (available at checkout)

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $25.
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.


3. Where do you ship?

We ship only within the contiguous United States (the 48 mainland states).

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses.


4. What is your return policy?

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition with all packaging
  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Free return shipping
  • Change-of-mind returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after inspection.

Personalized or final-sale items are not eligible for return.

Please contact us first to obtain an RMA number before returning any item.


5. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You may also contact us with your order number for updates.


6. Are your products handmade?

Yes, our ceramic vases are handcrafted using high-quality materials.
Due to the handmade nature, slight variations in color and texture may occur.


7. Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Please contact us as soon as possible.


8. What if my item arrives damaged?

Please take clear photos of the item and packaging and contact us immediately.
We will arrange a replacement or refund.


9. How do I contact customer service?

We typically respond within 24–48 hours.


10. Are your prices in USD?

Yes, all prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
