# Return and Exchange Policy

At GOLDEN STANDARD, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our premium ceramic vases and home decor items. We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy, starting from the date your order is delivered (as confirmed by the carrier tracking information).


Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • Items must include all original packaging, tags, protective materials, and accessories.
  • Returns are accepted for:
    • Change of mind (buyer’s remorse)
    • Defective or damaged items
    • Incorrect items received

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” on the product page

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery:
  2. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos of the item(s) (required for damaged or defective items)
    • Reason for return
  3. We will respond within 2 business days with:
    • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
    • Return instructions

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items:
    We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
  • Change of mind returns:
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Free shipping orders ($25+):
    If a return is due to change of mind, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.

Refund Process

  • Returned items are inspected within 3–5 business days after delivery to our return facility.
  • Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days after inspection.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

Important Notes

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
  • For large or fragile ceramic items returned due to change of mind, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply (this will be clearly communicated after inspection).

Exchanges

  • If the returned item is defective or damaged, we will send a replacement free of charge.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
