Return & Exchange Policy

GOLDEN STANDARD is dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our return and exchange terms.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
  1. Time Limit: You may initiate a return or exchange request within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Requests submitted beyond this period will not be accepted.
  2. Applicable Conditions: Returns and exchanges are only valid for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
    • Returns are accepted for reasons including defective products, wrong items shipped, or dissatisfaction with the product (subject to condition check).
    • Exchanges are available for size or style adjustments, provided the desired replacement is in stock.
  3. Non-applicable Scenarios: Items that have been damaged, altered, used, or without original packaging will be rejected for return or exchange.
User Required Actions for Returns & Exchanges
  1. Submit Request: Contact our customer service team at service@golden-standard.cn with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and clear photos of the item and its packaging.
  2. Wait for Approval & Shipping Address: Do NOT ship the item back to our factory address or any other unspecified address without prior approval. After verifying your request within 1-2 business days, we will send you an authorized return address and a free pre-paid shipping label via email.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, attach the provided pre-paid label to the package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location. Retain the tracking number for future reference.
  4. Await Inspection: Our team will inspect the returned item upon receipt (this process takes 3-5 business days). We will notify you via email once the inspection is completed.
Refund & Exchange Processing Details
  1. Refund Timing & Method: For approved returns, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after the item passes inspection. The exact time for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your payment provider’s processing rules (usually 3-7 business days).
  2. Exchange Processing: For approved exchanges, we will ship the replacement item to you via free standard shipping within 1-2 business days after the returned item passes inspection. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Fees & Shipping Cost Responsibility
  1. Return Shipping Fee: All return shipping costs are covered by GOLDEN STANDARD—we provide a free pre-paid shipping label for eligible returns and exchanges, so you will not be charged any shipping fees.
  2. Return Handling Fee: No return handling fee will be charged for any eligible return or exchange.
  3. Original Shipping Fee: The original shipping fee (a flat rate of $4.96 for orders under $25) is non-refundable. Free shipping for orders over $25 is not subject to any deduction.
