3. Product Orders & Payments

• Order Acceptance: Your submission of an order through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Payment Terms: We accept PayPal as the sole payment method, with two checkout options: Add to Cart + PayPal Checkout and Direct Pay with PayPal. All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars (USD). You authorize us to charge your selected PayPal payment method for the total amount of your order, including applicable shipping fees and sales taxes. For U.S. tax compliance, non-U.S. resident sellers are required to submit valid W-8 series forms (W-8BEN for individuals, W-8BEN-E for entities) as required by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
• Order Cancellation: We may cancel orders at our discretion. If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

• All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the exclusive property of GOLDEN STANDARD or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws, as well as relevant intellectual property laws of China.
• You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our intellectual property without our express written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The Site and all products sold on the Site are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• We disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws of China and the United States. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

• To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws of China and the United States, GOLDEN STANDARD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of our products, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the Site or products shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.
• For matters involving force majeure or changes in circumstances, the provisions of the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China and the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) of the United States shall apply respectively.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China and the United States (including the laws of the state where relevant U.S. jurisdiction applies), excluding their conflict of law principles. Mandatory laws of the jurisdiction where the consumer resides shall apply to consumer protection matters.
• Dispute Resolution:
  1. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or your use of the Site shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties.
  2. If negotiation fails, either party may initiate legal proceedings in the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where the defendant is domiciled or where the contract is performed (in accordance with Chinese law) or submit to arbitration in the United States in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) (in accordance with U.S. law), provided that such agreement does not unreasonably increase the consumer's right to remedy costs.
  3. For cross-border e-commerce consumer disputes, the jurisdiction shall comply with the principle of protecting consumers' legitimate rights and interests, and shall not exclude the consumer's right to choose the jurisdiction by means of standard terms without reasonable prompting.
