Eligible Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively within the United States, including the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.Shipping to international addresses (including U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands) is not available at this time.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Policy
We offer only Standard Shipping for all eligible orders, with the following rate rules:
  1. Free Standard Shipping: Available for all orders with a subtotal of $25 or more (before taxes). This policy applies to all eligible destinations, including the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.
  2. Flat Rate Shipping Fee: A fixed fee of **$4.96** will be charged for orders with a subtotal under $20 (before taxes), applicable to all eligible destinations.
Order Processing & Shipping Times
  1. Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays). Processing time does not include weekends or holidays, and it is separate from the shipping delivery time.
  2. Estimated Delivery Time (Standard Shipping):
    • Contiguous United States: 3–5 business days after order processing
    • Alaska & Hawaii: 7–10 business days after order processing
    • Note: The above timeframes are estimates only and do not include unforeseen delays caused by weather conditions, carrier issues, or other external factors beyond our control.
Shipping Method & Carrier Information
We partner with reputable U.S. domestic carriers to provide standard shipping services. Tracking numbers will be sent to your registered email address once your order has been shipped. You can use the tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package online.
Customs Duties, Taxes & Fees
  1. Customs Duties & Import Taxes: Since we only ship within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii), all orders include customs duties and import taxes in the displayed product prices. No additional duties or import taxes will be charged upon delivery.
  2. Sales Tax: All prices displayed on our website are in U.S. dollars and do not include local sales taxes. Sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout in accordance with local tax regulations, and the customer is responsible for this fee.
Order Shipment Exceptions
  1. We do not offer expedited or express shipping options at this time; standard shipping is the only available method.
  2. Shipping delays may occur during peak shopping seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas) or due to unforeseen events. We will notify you promptly if any significant delays affect your order.
  3. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure that you provide an accurate and secure delivery address when placing your order.
